Production Control Assistant

Entry Requirement :

• Diploma in any engineering fields

• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required for this position

• Able to perform 12 hours rotating shifts

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) especially Excel

• Knowledge in SAP system would be an advantage

Job Description :

• Assist production on material loading and product transition

• Monitor and report on consumption of production material

• Manage production material movement to another storage location

• Responsible in creating and managing Process Order release to production

• Responsible for doing Monthly Process Order settlement

• Support on inventory count activity and production WIP control

• Support on engineering/PM downtime update in system for any changes

• To assist production liaise with IT team if there an issue with system

• Assist Production Control Engineer for any ad-hoc tasks

• Provide detailed pass-down to next incoming shift

• To perform any related duty as required by the Management from time to time
