Act as a controller for mills operation
Job Description:
- Coordinating with each mill managers for production planning according to mill capacity
- Monitoring Fresh Fruit Bunch transport from estates to mills
- Monitoring production process to fit SOP
- Ensuring production quality meet the standard
- Monitoring Oil Loss and Kernel Loss to fit limitation
- Ensuring mill's facilities and machines are operating smoothly and maintenance goes according to plan
- Monitoring mill's security
- Monitoring waste treatment system meet the standard
- Developing new techniques and procedures to maximizing production or efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- At least 12 years hands in similar role
- Must be willing to be based in any Mill assigned throughout Indonesia
