Job Description

Job Responsibility

Production Planning And Coordination

Manage and oversee daily production operation including ensuring schedules are met.
Coordinate with procurement and logistic departments to ensure smooth workflow
Supervise the production team and provide direction for optimal performance

Quality Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP and HALAL or other relevant regulations.
Ensure all finished goods and in-coming materials are up to QC standards

Food Safety & Hygiene

Ensure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with regulations.

Building and Equipment safety

Job Requirements

Working hours: 45 hours a week
Working Days: 5.5 days
Working experience: Minimum 3 years
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Food Science and Technology
Familiar and experienced in food production/manufacturing with at least a supervisory or executive capacity.
Good understanding of food safety regulations including HACCP, GMP and HALAL
Familiar with food production equipment and processes
Ability to communicate well and give clear instructions
