Production Cum Warehouse Operator

Job Summary

TheProduction Cum Warehouse Operatorplays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the production department. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of production orders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments such as purchasing, logistics, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, pack, and label products according to company standards.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before and after production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Monitor raw material usage and report shortages or defects to the supervisor.
• To liaise with logistics provided for delivery and pickup arrangements.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve daily output targets.
• Record production data accurately and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in the related fields.
• Experience in manufacturing or production work is an added advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in shifts or overtime if required.
