Responsible for shift production operation & activities to meet company's objective and KPI.
Job Descriptions
- Lead and overview overall job flow and activity of the section to ensure the achievement of optimum production, the quality of product and timely delivers meet requirement and ensure operator follow standard.
- Review, update and delegate work to respective TL and operator on their daily operation.
- Carry out and implement the ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 quality system and procedure.
- Provide support in revolving yield and reliability issue related to quality and customer.
- Record, Report & Countermeasure process abnormalities, human errors and resolving production problems.
- Prepare and review daily production schedule and report on output or work in progress.
- Conduct 5'S and process check.
- Train and develop Operators, Operation Leaders and Team Leaders to achieve higher level of production efficiency, company rules and regulations, ISO, RBA etc.
- Provide solution, supervise and judge the performance and ability of production personnel.
- Conduct Safety and process checking.
- Create awareness among all Production Division on producing quality product
- To provide shift report compilation, such as production output, yield and abnormality.
- To assist in developing efficient and cost effective production method, manpower and machine utilization by using PDCA.
- To assist in bi-annual stock count.
- Ensure all operator follow safety guidline and wear PPE for the respective workstation
- Ensure all operators obey with company rule and always keep a good discipline
- Sustain effective communication with respective department on quality issue
- To carry out any other duties as and when directed.
Job Requirement
- Qualification : Min Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Eletrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience : Preferably with more than 2 year experience in manufacturing environment
- Skills : Possess good leadership and capability lead and supervise day to day production activities
- Language : English and Bahasa Melayu
