Drive production performance by working closely with the production team to achieve key KPIs such as throughput, yield, quality, and on-time delivery.
Organize, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Develop and maintain production documentation including work instructions, routings, and process flows.
Analyze production data (e.g., process capability, reliability, control charts) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
Investigate operational issues, troubleshoot manufacturing problems, and implement sustainable solutions.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve production yield, reduce waste, and lower overall manufacturing costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, and Quality to ensure smooth production flow and product readiness.
Support technical problem solving during critical production situations and lead improvement initiatives across departments.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while maintaining reliable equipment and stable processes.

Your Profile
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials Science, Physics, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in optical or precision manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of optical glass and ceramic manufacturing processes such as grinding, lapping, polishing, CNC machining, and optical measurement techniques.
Experience with process engineering tools and methodologies such as SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
Familiarity with optical fabrication technologies, metrology, and surface finishing processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into process improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Effective communicator and team player who collaborates well across departments.
Able to work in a dynamic production environment and respond effectively to urgent operational challenges.
