Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Executive role, based in Kuala Lumpur. The Production Executive will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient processes and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, managing resources, supervising the production team, and maintaining equipment functionality. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contributing to process improvements to optimize productivity and output quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling
• Experience in quality assurance and equipment maintenance
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement techniques
• Proficient communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate teams
• Technical expertise in machinery operation and troubleshooting is a plus
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
• Possession of a degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred
