Oversee and manage the daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
Lead and supervise production teams, providing guidance, training, evaluations and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement cost-effective solutions, and streamline production processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment and implementing safety measures.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial /Electrical /Mechanical /Mechatronics /Chemical) or equivalent;
This role involves regular communication with our partners in China, so proficiency in Mandarin is necessary.
Flexibility and willingness to work in arotating shift schedule, as per the operational requirements.
