Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to support the Production Manager in daily operations across manufacturing activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing all production activities, including performance, workforce deployment, training, machine-line maintenance, workplace organization, and new product/process implementation.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485/14001, GMP, and US FDA QSR standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, minimize waste, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Supervise and develop production teamssupervisors, operators, and support staffthrough effective training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and optimize resource utilization.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance, and prepare reports and analyses for senior management.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to resolve production issues and integrate operations.
- Proactively identify production challenges and implement data-driven solutions to meet operational targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturing best practices to drive continuous innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure production processes align with customer requirements and deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Experience Desired
- Bachelor's degree with 35 years of relevant experience in production within a manufacturing operations environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in process manufacturinginvolving the transformation of raw materials into finished products (e.g., food processing, chemicals, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Proven expertise in inventory management, including maintaining accurate records and implementing effective reordering strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production floor operations, including line setup, shift planning, manpower allocation, and real-time issue resolution.
- Analytical skills to evaluate production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements effectively.
