Job Summary
The Production Controller Executive oversees and coordinates all production activities to ensure efficient operations, compliance with quality and cleanroom standards, and timely delivery. This role manages production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and quality oversight, while driving continuous improvement and corrective action processes. The Controller Executive ensures all activities meet ISO 9001:2015 QMS and cleanroom protocol requirements.
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules for washing, sewing, and repacking to meet customer and delivery requirements.
- Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, and shift coordination to ensure smooth operations and adequate coverage.
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring processes follow SOPs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and production KPIs; identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, safety, and cleanroom standards.
- Lead investigations into process deviations, quality failures, and customer complaints.
- Drive corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
- Lead daily production stand-up meetings, inspections, and operational follow-ups with supervisors and team leaders to align on priorities and resource allocation.
- Support staff training, onboarding, and skill development to strengthen operational capability.
- Coordinate with internal teams and report operational issues, manpower needs, and performance updates to the Production Manager.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years experience.
- Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, manpower management, and workflow coordination.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and cleanroom protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production tracking software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
