Job Description
- Oversee all production activities in accordance with corporate and plant policies as well as programme and standard concerning cost, quality and productivity.
- Lead a team of production staff to achieve objectives set out in company and departmental structure trees.
- Ensure product quality is meeting the customer requirements, in-house and external specifications.
- Ensure production output, downtime, and rejects are meeting the targets set in the budget.
- Ensure production expenditure is within the budget.
- Create a conducive safe work environment and cultivate spirit of Safety First.
- Continuously explore and organize programs for the productivity and quality improvement.
- Identify training needs and source/organize training programs for subordinates.
- Motivate and promote team spirits amongst subordinates and peers.
- Promote participation of social activities amongst subordinates and peers.
- Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to the requirement of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015.
- Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISO
a)Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.
b)Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.
c)Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.
d)Adhere to ISO standards compliance
