Production Intern - Marketing (January/ February 2026 Intake)

1. Pre-Production Tasks

• Assist in preparing proposals, briefs, and treatment decks
• Help source locations, talents, props, wardrobe, equipment
• Assist in vendor contacts, quotations
• Support in script revisions and shot breakdowns
• Preparing production documents (schedules)
• File and organize production documents
• Assist on production timelines and deliverables after edit

2. On-Set Assistance

• Help with setup and teardown (props, equipment, art department)
• Assist production crew coordination (director, talent)
• Scene checklist
• Assist with transport or logistics
• Relay messages from Producer to crew members

• Currently enrolled in college or university (preferably in film, media, communications, or related fields)
• Foundational knowledge of Video and Post Production
• Comfortable with basic editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic graphic design skills
• Eager to learn about production for marketing, e-commerce, and social media content
• Clear communicator who takes initiative, willing to learn and works well in a team
• Detail-oriented and dependable, especially on tight timelines
• Creative thinker who can adapt quickly on set and contribute ideas when needed
• Organized and detail-oriented
• - Good time management under pressure
