Regularly update the Production Plan which is based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and available resources,
Primary responsibility to ensure a smooth, quality in standard and efficient production flow by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, ensuring timely completion of work orders, and minimizing downtime,
Optimize the Production Output efficiency, Minimize the Scraps and Minimize Downtime,
Oversee the production quality control in all processes,
Drive the continuous improvement by identifying, analyzing the production processes bottlenecks, high scrap area and the inefficiencies.
Production KPI performance metrics monitor and control,
Production materials inventory control effectively and accurately, ensure FIFO and conduct the regular stock counts,
Health and Safety Compliance, to ensure the production 4M man, machine, material and method complies with health and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and promoting a culture of safety among the production team, ensure the safety working environment.
Leadership, this involves coaching and supporting to ensure a motivated and skilled production team.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of production data, maintenance logs, safety inspections, and employee performance.
