Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Analyze production performance data and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and develop production supervisors and operators to build a high-performing team.
• Support and participate in process improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Monitor and report key production KPIs, including output, productivity, efficiency, and downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in HVAC, air-conditioning, refrigeration, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
