Production Manager

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations.
• Manage production personnel to ensure business operations are efficient, effective, and meet quality standards.
• Plan and develop production workload schedules to meet internal and external delivery commitments.
• Ensure production personnel follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Manage production equipment and work environment to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production process.
• Carry out troubleshooting, problem-solving, and strategic improvement initiatives to minimize quality issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the planning function to ensure product realization meets sales demand.
• Ensure OHS and environmental policies and objectives are established, implemented, and integrated into business processes.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the production and operations team to enhance performance, accountability, and engagement.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in operational areas.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management, preferably in a medium to large-scale organization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, production management software, or manufacturing execution systems.
• Knowledge of OHSMS and EMS systems, quality management tools, and production KPIs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
