About this Role:
As a Production Manager at Lifewood Data Technology, you will manage all AI Data Production team, managing operations across multiple ongoing AI data projects. You will play a key role in coordinating with international teams ensuring high-quality data output, process efficiency, and compliance with ISO and company standards. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-growing AI data environment, understands production workflows, and can drive process improvement, team performance, and cross-department collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production operations for AI Data projects.
- Plan and allocate workforce effectively, including coordination with overseas production teams to balance global workloads.
- Monitor daily output, quality, and KPIs, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables.
- Implement 6S and ISO standards, driving continuous improvement and workplace discipline.
- Analyze production data and reports to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Project Management teams to align manpower, automation tools, and project targets.
- Coach and mentor supervisors to build strong middle management and maintain a culture of accountability.
- Utilize AI Tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting production activities.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in production, operations, or data-related environments.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with a focus on efficiency and team development.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English essential for communication with regional teams and reporting lines.
- Familiar with ISO, 6S, or Lean Management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with multicultural teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or data reporting tools.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for business needs.
