Production Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the production team, including developing and implementing production plans, analyzing production data, manufacturing process improvement and collaborating with other teams to achieve production goals.

• Experience in high-mix/low-volume precision machining industry
• Experience in managing a production team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Min. 5 years experience
