Key Responsibilities:

Support daily production operations

Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Perform basic quality checks

Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor

Collaborate with team members to meet targets

Requirements:

Fresh graduates (SPM or equivalent) are welcome

Willing to learn and grow

Basic understanding of English & Mathematics

Able to stand for long hours

Open to working rotating shifts (including public holidays)

Open to all genders and backgrounds

Good to Have:

Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry
