Position: Production Operator
Department: SSD Module
Summary:
The Production Operator is responsible for operating semiconductor assembly equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement in wire bond and die bond processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor assembly machines
- Perform setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting
- Handle wafers and dies using precision tools under a microscope
- Conduct visual inspections for defects
- Record production data and report abnormalities
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanroom standards including ESD and gowning
- Support yield and efficiency improvements
- Provide machine coverage during breaks and shift handovers
- Participate in training and certification programs
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum SPM qualification: SKM certification preferred
- 12 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply
Skills:
- Familiarity with semiconductor assembly equipment
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical instructions and drawings
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work in cleanroom and rotating shifts
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
