Job descriptions:

- Perform, lead and train new production operators; assembly process based on product work instruction (WI) and superior/supervisor instructions.

- Assist ontraining and development of new production staffs. Assist on overseeing worker discipline(peer pressure).

- Follow companysafety procedures and regulations throughout production operation and promote a safeworking environment.

- Check inventory / subassembly quantity on production area and storage.

- Performmanufacturing processes and reporttask time accordingly.

- Assist on implement visual management in production line (simple & quick WI), promptlyassist onreplenish materials for lines with shortages, and highlightinsufficient material supply for process.

- Give full support & cooperation onPFC, PFMEA, customer complaint, rejection report, pilotrun and part/processchangesactivities.

- Actively provide idealization and assist implementation of quality & process improvement (during weekly and monthly production meeting).

- Highlight and escalate issues that may lead to potential delay in deliveryor quality issues.

- Assist& give support toQuality department in identifying the root causes of non-conforming materials, assembly & sub-assembly.

- The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Superior / Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Secondary SPM/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U,Certificate,Diploma or equivalent in any field relevant to company.

- Valid Malaysian working VISA for foreigner or permanent resident status.

- Experience in manufacturing and managing people is an added advantage.

- Product quality/process improvement.

- Quick learner and able to adapt to new task & environment.

- Preferably those coming from precision device assembly linebackground/production.

- Preferably having good understanding on production demand.

- This role demands a good sense of responsibility.

- Able to follow company safety regulations and best practices.

- Standard working languages are English and Malay.

- Proficiency in Mandarin (good to have but not compulsory).

- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.

- Quality, inventory and warehouse system management.

- Time management and prioritization.

- Sharp analytical.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have but not compulsory:

- Able to use Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

- Having knowledge / work experience in plastic injectionprocess for plastic part.

- Having knowledge / work experience in stamping/pressing process for metal part.

- Having knowledge / work experience in SMTprocess for PCBApart.

• - Having knowledge / work experience in stripping, crimping & solderingprocess for wire harness.
