Job Description

Degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 24 years of planning experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning/ERP systems.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, especially when handling production changes.
Ability to work independently as the sole planning representative in the Malaysia factory.
