Production Planner (SME)

We are looking for experienced Production Planner in an SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) is responsible for planning and coordinating the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced efficiently and delivered on time as a Support Analyst for our ERP System user/ customers.

1. Production Scheduling
2. Plan daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules based on customer orders and demand.
3. Material Planning
4. Ensure raw materials and components are available before production starts.
5. Coordination with Departments
6. Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams.
7. Capacity Planning
8. Monitor machine capacity, manpower, and production lines to avoid delays or bottlenecks.
9. Order Tracking
10. Follow up on production progress to make sure orders are completed on time.
11. Reporting & Analysis
12. Prepare reports on production output, shortages, delays, and efficiency.

For this role, your responsibilities are :-

Provide system support to our ERP system customers primarily via telephone and email.

Register, troubleshoot, resolve, and manage incoming cases in accordance with company SLA standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support service.

Assist customers in getting the most value from their ERP system.

Daily operational activities in the system

Manufacturing flow (orders, production, delivery, status)

Operational reporting and data monitoring

Coordinating issues related to process or flow

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to ERP system.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, and ask meaningful probing questions.

Must be able to easily learn and apply system knowledge, work within defined policies and procedures, and use standardized tools and technology to perform job functions.
