Production Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

• Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely deliver of products
• Plan, monitor and supervise production daily outcome against with forecasted timeframe
• Analyze and prepare documents needed for production
• Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
• Create production schedule and prioritizes job orders for production optimization
• Maintain the production schedule and other reports as required
• Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 3 years of working experience in the Production Operation / manufacturing processes.
• Possess leadership qualities with ability to plan, organize and motivate team members to achieve operating goals.
• Strong team player.
• Strong problem-solving skill and critical decision making.
