Job Description

The Production Specialist ensures smooth operations through documentation, digitalization support, quality compliance, and improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Manage production documentation, reporting, and KPI dashboards; support digitalization projects and train operators.
• Ensure quality compliance, analyze production data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in Lean initiatives, trials, and cost-saving projects while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field with experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in digital systems and basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and quality management standards preferred.
