Shift Requirement: Yes – 4-3-3-4 Shift Pattern

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in achieving operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure production schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the manufacturing area.
• Lead and support production operators to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of output targets.
• Implement and enforce operating policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Analyze production performance and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain production, personnel, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in a Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a 4-3-3-4 shift rotation.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
