Position : Production Supervisor
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) / Saturday (8.30am - 1.30pm)
Salary : RM2300 - RM3500

Requirement:
- At least STPM / Certificate / Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in glove manufacturing industry as Production Supervisor.
- Possess good knowledge in process control, product quality & maintenance skills.
- Experience in supervising local workers.
- Proficient and excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Proactive and independent with little supervision.
- Good leadership skill, problem solving & communication skills.
- Willing to work on rotation shifts and overtime when required.
Job Scope :
- Responsible to work closely with HOD to do production control and planning.
- Responsible to ensure all workers understand their jobs well & able to carry out their tasks as per instructions with assistance from line leaders and senior operator.
- Responsible to monitor workers discipline & performance in workplace.
- Reporting all abnormality within the production to superior for immediate action.
- Responsible to ensure machines are regularly maintained and can be operated efficiently with minimum breakdown with assistance from technician team and immediate superior.
- Follow instruction from HOD to perform daily work.
- Responsible to ensure ISO quality management systems are carried out effectively.
- To monitor and make sure the working environments and work place is in a good condition and clean.
- Responsible to submit daily production report to immediate superior.
- To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time.
