Requirements:-
- SPM and Above
- At least 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing and management
- Daily Planning & Execution
- Possess analytical skill with precise thinking, responsible, playing a leading role in production
- Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- KPI & Performance Tracking
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Time Management & Organizational Skills
Responsibilities:-
- Monitor & ensure good quality, smooth productivity, 5S housekeeping & safety environment.
- Update & follow up closely on shift production schedule & output.
- Give instructions to subordinates & hold responsibility for the work of his subordinates.
- Feedback & follow up with person in charge (i.e. maintenance or facility group) with regards to machines or environment conditions, etc. which affect production.
- Monthly indicator presentation
- Perform investigation & improvement for rejection.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
