We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for a leading player in the E&E Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 80 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

- Lead, supervise, and develop a high-performing production team to meet and exceed organizational goals.
- Take full ownership of department KPIs, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S/ROCK standards.
- Enforce strict compliance with EHS regulations, company policies, and quality standards (including PPE and LOTO protocols).
- Manage training and certification for all associates to ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Foster open communication through regular 1:1s and weekly team meetings to provide feedback, updates, and performance calibration.
- Guarantee product quality by ensuring all output meets technical prints, industry standards, and customer specifications.
- Drive quality improvements and lead swift investigations/containment of non-conformances to prevent customer escapes.
- Optimize production scheduling and material availability in coordination with OSS to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage operational capacity, including machine utilization, labor scheduling, overtime, and time-off planning.
- Control cost center performance by managing budgets, reducing scrap, and implementing productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and eliminate bottlenecks through frequent gemba walks.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and proactively initiate Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) projects.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority to halt the production of any non-conforming materials.
- Qualifications: High School diploma required (BS in Engineering preferred); strong data analysis, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Access) and experience in lean manufacturing environments.
