Operating centralized laundry factories, shared warehouses, and convenient logistics with a sophisticated hotel linen rental and washing system. With forward warehouses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sarawak, Sabah, and beyond, gradually expanding across Malaysia and Singapore.
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the laundry facility.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations and procedures.- Oversee the proper handling and processing of laundry items, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Implement and enforce production policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and equipment usage.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Proven experience within the hostel or cleaning industry.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidate who is familiar with Chinese is preferable.
Strong understanding of laundry operations, including equipment and chemicals used in the process.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards relevant to the laundry industry.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
