Production Supervisor (Up to 6K / Semiconductor / Pasir Gudang)

• Organize and execute production activities based on the monthly production plan for smooth operations.
• Ensure production processes meet quality system standards and management document requirements.
• Build and train the team, focusing on their development and internal training.
• Oversee personnel management, 5S, and safety within the production area to maintain order and a safe working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 5 yearsof relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin(speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
• Willingness to travel to China for training (3-6 months) if needed.
• 5 working days(Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm).
• Must be willing to work inPasir Gudang.
