Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for NPP applications. The role focuses on managing and maintaining Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Axway Secure Transport environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems, Oracle databases, and shell scripting, and will support batch jobs, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Axway Secure Transport platforms.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers, batch jobs, and application processes.

  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

  • Execute and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and job scheduling.

  • Support Oracle Database 12c/19c including SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, views, and indexes.

  • Coordinate with application, middleware, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

  • Maintain batch schedules using tools such as Control-M and monitor logs using Splunk.

  • Document incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.

  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of production support or application maintenance experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Axway Managed File Transfer / Axway Secure Transport.

  • Strong Unix/Linux operating system knowledge.

  • Experience with shell scripting for automation and batch job management.

  • Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c, PL/SQL development, and database objects.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to application servers such as Oracle WebLogic or JBoss.

  • Experience with Apache web server configuration and support.

  • Familiarity with batch scheduling tools like Control-M.

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities.
