We're Hiring: Production Support Analyst (NPP) PRO

Join a dynamic technology operations team supporting critical NPP applications within a large enterprise environment. This role is perfect for someone with handson experience in production support, Axway MFT platforms, and Unix/Linux systems who wants to grow in a fastmoving, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Provide L2/L3 production support for Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Axway Secure Transport
Monitor, troubleshoot, and recover file transfers, batch jobs, and application processes
Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA
Develop, maintain, and execute Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and job scheduling
Support Oracle Database 12c/19cqueries, PL/SQL, procedures, views & indexes
Collaborate with application, middleware & infrastructure teams for issue resolution
Maintain batch schedules using ControlM and monitor logs with Splunk
Prepare incident documentation, troubleshooting notes & knowledgebase articles
Ensure full compliance with security, audit & operational requirements
What We're Looking For
35 years of experience in production support or application maintenance
Handson expertise with Axway MFT / Axway Secure Transport
Strong working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
Experience with shell scripting for automation and batch processes
Proficiency in Oracle Database 12c/19c, PL/SQL & database objects
Strong analytical, troubleshooting & problemsolving capabilities
Nice to Have
Exposure to Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, or other application servers
Experience configuring or supporting Apache web servers
Familiarity with ControlM batch scheduling
Understanding of monitoring tools like Splunk
Ability to handle fastpaced production environments and shifting priorities
