Job Opportunity: Production Support Analyst
Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Payroll: Laurelsoft SDN BHD
Location: KL, Malaysia (Open for Locals & Expats)
Experience: 35 Years
Notice: Immediate joiners / Serving notice / Max 30 days
Requirements:
Experience in Banking IT Production Support
Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M or equivalent enterprise job scheduling tools
Familiarity with Remedy or other IT service management platforms
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in batch processing environments
Good understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of batch processing concepts, dependencies, and workflow orchestration
