Job Description
- Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment
- Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
- Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems
- Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus
- Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices
- Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user s requests (analyze and debug)
- Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications
- Troubleshoot infrastructure middleware components such as FTP servers and MQ messaging services and correspond with the infrastructure providers for fixes or incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and technology
