Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional solution development programs from concept through market release. The successful candidate will drive project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment and lifecycle governance while working closely with R&D, Business Development, Solution Planning, Marketing and NPI teams.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex hardware, software, and solution development projects in a fast-paced innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end solution development projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans and milestone commitments.
• Drive execution of project deliverables while balancing scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product planning, manufacturing, operations and business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate project status to management and stakeholders.
  
  

Planning & Governance

• Establish project management plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Keysight product development and lifecycle processes.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, success metrics, and key milestones.
• Coordinate checkpoint reviews and management approval processes.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
  
  

Risk & Resource Management

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and mitigation plans.
• Maintain project risk registers and track key project variables.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Work with functional managers to secure and optimize project resources.
• Support resource planning and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects.
  
  

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with Product Planning and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate design reviews, decision-making discussions, and technical trade-off evaluations.
• Support customer engagements, demonstrations, and requirement clarification activities when required.
  
  

Business & Operational Excellence

• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and development investments.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and development processes.
• Support portfolio planning, roadmap execution, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure effective transition from development to manufacturing and product release.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in product development, engineering program management, or R&D project management.
• Experience leading complex hardware, software, firmware, or solution development projects.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
