BCSD Malaysia (Business Council for Sustainable Development Malaysia) is looking for a proactive and passionate Program Manager to lead impactful projects that advance sustainability in Malaysia and the region. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to work directly with leading corporations, government agencies, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate webinars, conferences, and sustainability events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Promote and market BCSD Academys training offerings to companies and organizations.
• Curate, adapt, and develop training content tailored to the Malaysian market.
• Oversee selected projects and other sustainability initiatives.
• Manage communications across newsletters, website, and social media platforms.

What Were Looking For:

• A background in sustainability, ideally in corporate sustainability strategy.
• Around 5 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, project management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
• Experience in training, education, or related fields is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent BCSD Malaysia at external events.
