- Manage customer projects and their expectations, ensure all deliverables lead times are adhered to.
- Drive project deliverables, develop project plans and goals with realistic timeline and budget constraints.
- Identify resource need, develop schedules and methods for measuring.
- Attend, interface and coordinate with customers in meetings, to define objectives, provide status updates, review project deliverables and quality.
- Conduct necessary regular meetings with Team Leads, project teams, identify conflicts and provide issue resolutions.
- Manage project metrics and assist PM in project coordination.
Qualification & Requirements
- Hold Bachelor in relevant field. Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification.
- Experience or Practiced in BPO engagement model (Business Process Outsourcing).
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing multiple team projects (preferably engineering and technical fields).
- Experience conducting regular meetings with customers and stakeholders to discuss project requirements, success criteria, schedule, and responsibilities.
- Ability to identify and resolve potential complications and critical path issues within the project and collaborate with experts to develop solutions.
- Data driven, proven track record of developing methods to determine team performance by having a structured metrics for On-Time, High-Quality Delivery of Work while taking into account of service quantities, complexity of work and business priorities.
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin(local candidate ONLY).
