Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scaleprogrammesconsisting of multiple projects and cross-functional workstreams.
  • Defineprogrammeplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational strategies, and delivery milestones.
  • Overseeprogrammegovernance, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration across business, operations, and technical teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, provide clear communication, and address escalations proactively.
  • Drive operational improvements by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, andoptimisationopportunities.
  • Monitorprogrammeprogress and provide regular updates to leadership, steering committees, and sponsors.
  • Ensure effective change management and support adoption of new processes or solutions.
  • Oversee budget, financial tracking, and resource allocation at theprogrammelevel.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1315 yearsof experience inProgramme/Project Management.
  • Proven experience managingmultiple workstreams or large, complexprogrammes.
  • Strong background inInsuranceandOperations; ability to understand business processes and operational workflows.
  • Hands-on experience inprogrammeplanning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in claims operations or insurance transformationprogrammes.
  • Certifications such as PMP,PgMP, MSP, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Exposure totechnology-driven initiatives or digital transformationprogrammes.
