The impact you'll make
The incumbent is responsible for oversight of customer orders after the order is scheduled into the factory through shipment of the order to the customer. He/she works to resolve risk elements which could compromise a customer's delivery schedule. This position requires an operation's background in Production Planning or Master Scheduling and experience with MRP. This role will support corporate goals and objectives in terms of revenue and ship commitments as well as enable Customer Satisfaction including communicating all known risks to appropriate stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Sales Operations on day-to-day business operations.
- Communicate shipment commitment to Sales Ops and align on the shipment plan.
- Manages change request from Sales Ops and work with internal stakeholder to assess the impact to delivery commit.
- Communicates any issues in meeting configuration change requirements
- Accountable oversight for tracking orders through shipment to ensure on-time delivery per committed.
- Drive shipping requirements and coordinates delivery schedules with Logistics team.
- Work to resolve any related issues for outbound logistics
- Work to identify risk factors related to on time delivery including material risk, production constraint, remote factory delay.
- Proactively work with stakeholders and ensure on time escalations to drive risk mitigation plan to minimize the impact to the customer delivery schedule
- Leads cross-functional teams on RCCA to prevent delivery miss
- Communicates any changes on system deliveries to all stakeholders
- Coordinates pre-ship requirement with internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and efficient to achieve business goal
Minimum Qualifications
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines
- 2-5 years related experience, preferably Project Management, Master scheduling, Production planning, or Supply Chain experience
- Medium to High level proficiency in SAP or comparable MRP systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a dynamic, and fast paced business environment.
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good business sense of urgency and importance
- Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage experience
- Semiconductor industry background or global supplier experience is preferred
- Sales management experience is a plus

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
