Job Purpose
- To plan, lead and execute the organizational change management initiatives including
culture, business process, system and technologies.
- Responsible for executing and monitoring of change management activities, update status
and escalate issues to the right stakeholders for improvement and effective change
program.
Accountabilities
- Conduct change impact assessment to enable a solid change management program
design.
- Plan and design appropriate change management programs for key identified
transformation projects within the organization covering all aspects i.e awareness,
communication, training, and roll out strategy.
- Lead and execute change management activities designed for identified projects and work
closely with identified stakeholders.
- Monitor and report progress of change activities on periodic basis for immediate issues
escalation and resolution.
- Share ideas and new concepts to transforming the ways in which the company operates
(mindset, tools, process improvement).
- Facilitate meetings with project managers in understanding of the current company culture,
and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
- Monitor adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with
project/program mission and goals.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any fields, preferably in the field of Organizational
Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology,
Management Information Systems or IT related background.
- Possess 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in organizational change
management program or in human resources related.
- (Optional) Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification preferred
PROSCI certified.
- Analytical, able to use and articulate data into meaningful information for program design.
- Creative, resourceful and updated with latest trends in organizational transformation.
- Versatile personality who can easily adapt to various nature of projects/programs.
- Good stakeholders management skill particularly in working with transversal programs
