To lead, manage and to drive the overall Digital Fraud & Governance Initiatives to meet the Bank's business objectives
The Programme Manager responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget.
Oversee all aspects of projects i.e. budgeting, planning, managing deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status. strategize a business plan to constantly adhere to regulatory requirements.
To develop and enhance business relationship with strategic vendors and enhance the security feat partners and keep abreast with the latest systems and technologies in the market.
To lead all fraud related project and testing to identify the business needs in delivering efficient and effective service.
To conduct market intelligence and competitor's study to constantly identify and develop new opportunities to maintain high security on monetary and non-monetary transactions.
Regional engagement with countries. This will include coordinating meeting between the countries to understand the fraud pattern and share the best practices or solutions.
Implement improvement initiatives such as workshops, gap & root cause analysis and provide solutions to improve fraud numbers, customer experience and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Analyze to understand and determine fraud patterns, layering of funds and any other analytical aspects or pattern via e.g. Statistical outlier detection, fraud pattern and variable analysis.
Prepare business justification and budget approval papers
Provide training, coaching sessions and manage team communication effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree with proven working experience with an in depth understanding of Digital Fraud, Governance and relevant legal standards
Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
Must possess a good command of oral and written English.
Strong organizational skills (ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks, and documentation)
Able to communicate well with all levels of staffs and handle conflict effectively.
Possesses a conscientious keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
Preferably possess a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Certificate in relevant field
