Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders from the sales team or clients, verify all details, and coordinate timely execution.
  • Assist in reviewing orders to ensure accuracy and deliver prompt feedback to clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on project tasks and timelines with internal and external teams; communicate any issues or delays to clients without delay.
  • Conduct product and system training sessions with clients through video conferencing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, nurturing strong, trusted relationships through regular calls and meetings.
  • Utilize product and system knowledge to address client inquiries, identify operational gaps, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Support contract negotiations in line with company policies and coordinate with technical teams on product solutions and support requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable, and committed attitude.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Project Coordination, or Account Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
