Job description:
- Handle HR matters for site-based operational staff, including recruitment, leave, and resignation submissions to HQ-Human Resource Department.
- Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Support the manager with on-site disciplinary actions, including compiling and recording documents for submission to HQ-Human Resource Department..
- Record and verify on-site manpower data against designations.
- Record and manage documents, including employee attendance, working hours, diesel management records, all types of leave, hostel, and transportation.
- Implement efficient documentation processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards and practices.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
Job requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Possess an assertive nature and a strong personality, with good communication skills
- Applicants must be able to work in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan
- Applicants must be able to work on Saturday (8AM- 1PM)
Role details:
Contract period: 2 years (renewable based on experience)
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 AM-5 PM), Saturday (8 AM-1 PM)
Project site location: Ladang Londah, Gemas, Negeri Sembilan
