JOB DESCRIPTION:- Coordinated with Main Con and Developer for project-to-project basis
Attending Meeting Any other ad-hoc job which being assigned by management
- Able to handle documentation
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.- Assist in revolving all site issues.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem- Ability to make good decisions as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
Able to meet deadline.
