Manage project issues and risks, ensuring a balance between scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks.
Use formal change management processes.
Help create, implement, and maintain a detailed project plan with controls, governance, and monitoring for timely, budget-friendly, and a quality results.
Ensure accurate requirement development and traceability during the project using Project Management Governance.
Update project progress and coordinate customer meeting to discuss status.
Oversee the change enablement process throughout the project.
Aid project teams in resource management, scheduling, and planning meetings.
Manage, control and coordinate project schedules and implementation to achieve on-time completion.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members to manage internal and external communications and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or relevant field.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies and IT-related concepts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and ability to work with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
Open to feedback, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
