Role Description
- To coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and meet client's needs.
- To be liaison with authority for all applications.
- To analyses risks & opportunities, monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- To work with the Senior Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- To use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- To help issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- To assist project team in project development and execution.
- Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Posses a diploma in Business Administrative or Corporate Admin or any equivalent
- Strong clerical & administrative skills
- At least 1 year related experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Holding valid car driving license
