Project Delivery Director

主要职责| Key Responsibilities:

• 建立总进度及分期交付计划,明确设计、报批、采购、施工、供电接入、调试和客户验收的关键.径,推动偏差纠正。

Develop the master schedule and phased delivery plan covering design, approvals, procurement, construction, utility energisation, commissioning and customer acceptance drive recovery actions.

• 统筹顾问、总承包商、设备供应商及业主专业团队,明确合同范围、专业接口、业主供货边界和交付责任。

Coordinate consultants, the main contractor, equipment suppliers and owner engineers define contractual scope, discipline interfaces, owner-supplied equipment boundaries and delivery responsibilities

• 组织设计审查及技术决策,协调电气、制冷、土建及监控系统,推动设计冻结和现场问题闭环。

Lead design reviews and technical decisions across electrical, cooling, civil and controls systems drive design freeze and site issue resolution

• 管控项目预算、变更、付款节点和合同履约,协调公用事业接入及属地报批,落实安全与质量管理要求。

Control budgets, variations, payment milestones and contract performance coordinate utility interfaces and local approvals while enforcing safety and quality requirements

• 统筹工厂验收、现场测试、综合系统测试及客户移交,向管理层报告交付风险,组织运维接管和缺陷整改。

Oversee factory acceptance, site testing, integrated systems testing and customer handover report delivery risks and manage operational transition and defect closure

任职要求|Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历,工程管理、电气、机电、土木工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline

• 12年以上工程建设经验,其中5年以上数据中心项目管理经验;至少主导过一个大型数据中心从建设至调试验收的完整交付。

At least 12 years of construction experience, including 5 years in data centre project management led at least one large data centre through construction, commissioning and handover

• 熟悉关键机电基础设施、长周期设备管理、施工管理及数据中心综合调试,能够独立判断关键交付风险。

Strong knowledge of critical MEP infrastructure, long-lead equipment, construction management and integrated commissioning, with sound judgement on delivery risks

• 具备业主方或大型总承包项目管理经验;马来西亚或东南亚数据中心交付经验优先。

Experience representing an owner or managing major main-contractor projects delivery experience in Malaysia or Southeast Asia is preferred

• 具备跨国团队领导、合同商务及客户沟通能力,能够使用英语主持会议、审阅技术及合同文件;中文能力为加分项。

Proven team leadership, commercial judgement and customer management able to chair meetings and review technical and contractual documents in English. Mandarin is an advantage
