Job Description

Position: Project Delivery Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects across multiple markets and teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the enterprise, working closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Customer teams. You will apply Agile methodologies, remove roadblocks, and mentor team members to ensure overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage multiple projects across country markets and engineering squads.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders and development teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Support scope definition, resource estimation, and project scheduling with the product team.
  • Apply project management and Agile/Scrum practices; act as Scrum Master when required.
  • Liaise with regional technology, compliance, and security teams to remove dependencies.
  • Ensure proper process adherence and documentation to meet IT audit requirements.
  • Prepare progress and status reports for senior management.
  • Communicate project changes, issues, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, clients, and partners.
  • Assist in resolving production issues and drive high-quality deliverables.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Management.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery management.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with financial services (banking/insurance) and digital projects (web/mobile) preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, building relationships across functions and partners.
  • Portfolio management experience, balancing multiple priorities and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in engagement planning, execution, and post-engagement review.
  • Experience in change management and organizational enablement initiatives.
  • Broad understanding of technology, consulting, and project delivery functions.
