We are looking for a highly motivated Project / Design Engineer (CSA) to join our growing team in Johor. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works, particularly within data center construction projects.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and manage engineering drawings for CSA works.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design and site alignment.
- Support project execution through hands-on involvement in design detailing and technical problem-solving.
- Oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues efficiently.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in data center construction projects is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in engineering drawings and detailing.
- Solid experience working with precast concrete and steel structures.
- Ability to manage site coordination and interface with multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and project workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Johor.
