Project Development Executive (Well-known MNC Food Manufacturer)

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Drive project schedules, set timelines, and coordinate with OEMs, Sales, R&D, QA, Planning, and Procurement.
• Support new product development from spec confirmation to feedback handling and improvement proposals.
• Manage product improvement projects while maintaining delivery continuity.
• Prepare quotations and solutions aligned with client needs and company capabilities; assist in commercial negotiations.
• Monitor and resolve project risks such as delays or quality concerns.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Conduct client follow-ups to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
• Collect market insights and competitor activities to support sales and innovation strategies.
• Perform other assigned tasks related to projects and clients.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• Mandarin Speaking (To deal with China management)
• Must be willing to work in Senai (Near airport)
